Spin Lock Handles
 These bars come in a set of two. Our spin lock handles are chrome steel threaded and designed with deep knurling hand grips, they come standard with inside collars and threaded outside collars to hold the weight on tight and secure. A great addition is 50 lbs of standard plates in small increments. You can then work up to 25 lbs each hand. Add more as you go along. 14″L - 5 lbs each |
